About the owner:
Glenn Sawicki is no stranger to the restaurant business. He has been in the restaurant field for over 24 years, participating in all aspects of the industry. Sawicki has owned his own restaurants and spent years travelling to different restaurants all over the United States menu consulting. Tired of travelling so much, Sawicki decided to pursue opening his own restaurant and knew Greenville`s West End was the perfect place.
The most rewarding aspect of owning this business, Sawicki says, is the people he meets every day. "It`s like a big family here," he says.
